TIMETABLE FIT: The Ss have previously worked on adverbs of frequencies

AIMS: To allow Ss to practice speaking spontaneously and fluently about something that
may provoke the use of words and phrases they have been learning recently
A1: To develop Ss' ability to use language in real life situations
A2: To give students controlled speaking practice to develop spoken accuracy.
A3: To provide focus on pronunciation of the -s endings

ASSUMPTIONS: The Ss have already studied adverbs of frequencies and they are
familiar with making short sentences.

ANTICIPATED PROBLEMS: 1. The teacher may face difficulties while explaining that
certain pronouns require an “S” ending and some do not.

AIDS: textbook, blackboard, copybook

show examples to create familiarity with the concept.

The objective of the choral drill will be to help ensure that
students are able to effectively pronounce the letter “S” at the
end of the word that is in the present simple tense.

7 min 11 gap fill questions. There will be a verb bank at the top of Individual work Worksheet/Writing
