Dear Mr. Stockton

I know we have previously discussed whether I could be transferred out to Inspections once school ends,
and I would like to bring it up again after hearing about the next phase of work at the auction. With
three previously laid off employees returning, the amount of available work at check in will shrink. Now,
I’m fully aware that they will only be picturing vehicles, but that is also one of my responsibilities as well
as checking in. With current events limiting the number of vehicles coming in, adding more employees
will only continue to dry up available work and lead to more workers standing around, which I’m sure
you’ve noticed already.
Therefore, in the interest of staying busy, I would like to transfer over to inspections. Inspections now
must inspect nearly every vehicle that comes through the auction since the switch to online only sales
and is severely understaffed for their work. I would suggest the following:
 Choose a date between May 28, 2020 and June 6, 2020 the schedule a meeting to discuss this
matter
 If request is granted, then I would like to be trained as a driver and be payed as such
 If request is denied, I would recommend switching schedules for employees for maximum
productivity
