Principal
To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Anthony Salciccioli and I am a social studies teacher at Livonia

Clarenceville. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Zacharie Napont during the
Tracey Stevenson 2019-20 school year. Zacharie taught sections of Economics, United States History,
Assistant Principal
Psychology, and World History. His classes including a mainstreamed special
education population that he team-taught well. I am writing to give my highest
recommendation that you hire Zacharie for a teaching position within your school. I
base this assertion on Zacharie’s ability to forge relationships with students. This is
Kevin B. Murphy paramount, and he is a natural at it. In addition to this, Zacharie has an outstanding
Athletic Director
work ethic, and was highly organized and professional. He even voluntarily worked
during his prep hour and attended non-mandatory staff meetings. He would stay after
school to assist students and glean advice from veteran teachers. These are examples
Joelle M. Troszak
of his dedication. He was very proficient in the use of technology and maintained
Counselor classroom management that far exceeded his age and experience level.

Zacharie arrived early every day dressed professionally and full of enthusiasm. This
was contagious, and his positive demeanor made life better for both students and staff
Jennifer Weston members. He volunteered to participate in student activities and attended several
Counselor
events in order to support his students. Zacharie had every assignment back to the
students the very next day, which they appreciated. I also feel it’s important to note
that Zacharie devoted so much time to Clarenceville at the same time as taking a full
schedule of university classes and working.
Susan S. Mahoney
Administrative Assistant
Zacharie did an outstanding job during his time at Clarenceville. I feel he is,
“classroom ready”, and will become a fixture in your building. He will be both an
outstanding teacher and coach and build meaningful relationships with students. I have
Gail E. Bierschbach three high school aged students and I would eagerly place them in Zacharie’s classes.
Attendance/AD Secretary That is the highest compliment I can afford another teacher. Please feel free to contact
me at 248.719.3273, or Anthony.salciccioli@clarencevilleschools.org, so I can go into
more detail about Zacharie.

Sincerely,

Anthony Salciccioli, Clarenceville High School

Former President of the Michigan Council of the Social Studies

2016 Gilder-Lehrman Michigan Teacher of the Year
