from all kind of encumbrances, lien, charges, mortgages, etc. and Smt. Nitu Ranjan
w/o Sunil Kumar Ranjan shall get valid, absolute, clear and marketable title to the
said shop/property can create a valid mortgage in favour of PNBHFL. The said
Property/mortgage can be enforced (if required) under the provisions of The
Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities
Act, 2002 and amendments thereto (“SARFAESI”) by PNBHFL.
