Overseas Version (10) SECTION A Read the following instructions and answer the questions: MAKING BREAD © Sift the flour and the salt into a large mixing bowl. * Add the fat and rub it into the mixture. © Make a hollow in the centre of the ingredients. * Measure the water very carefully into another bowl, The water should be hand- hot (in other words you should be able to hold a finger in it with comfort). Stir in the sugar and then sprinkle the yeast on to it.
