Dear Hiring Manager,

I read in the November 19th Kalibrr Post of your need for a Technical Service Engineer and my education,
experience, and skill meets the requirements needed to fill this position. I have also enclosed my resumed along with
this cover letter with more details on my career, for this great opportunity.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering at Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta University
and extensive knowledge of the chemical and physical behavior associated with alloys and metals such as steel, iron,
nickel, copper and aluminum. While I specialized in metallurgy, I am familiar with both the chemical and process
metallurgy as well. My training has taught me how to read, understand and interpret design drawings and to make
recommendations for improvements.

I have been working for 6 years in PT Fuji Bijak Prestasi Metal as a Production Leader of mold and dies.
Throughout my stay in PT Fuji Bijak Prestasi, I acquired and constantly developed my skills in conducting pairs of
mold, doing mold cleaning and prevention, making a change of mold on the machine, maintaining tooling, dies, jigs
and other maintenance equipment, and making a maintenance activity report.

I have outstanding analytical skills with the ability to investigate any accident that may have been the result of
metallurgical failure and I have the writing skills also in English to create documents and manuals and to keep
detailed records of the investigation, experiments and research conducted along with the results. I have the ability to
use Ms. Office and AutoCAD specifically for this field and to keep up with any new technology that becomes
available.

My excellent communication skills in English make it possible to converse efficiently with other professionals and
to work together to solve technical problems as they arise. I possess the ability to make time-critical decision,
monitor quality and create procedures that will help to ensure the health and safety of those who encounter products
that use these alloys and metals.
