BOOKING POLICY

Payment of Rs.22,715 on or before 21-Aug-19.

Remaining amount of Rs.38,715 on or before 27-Aug-19.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation any time after making the 1st payment instalment till the 2nd payment date:

The entire amount paid as 1st payment instalment (deposit) would be non-refundable.

Cancellation after 2nd payment instalment and before 3rd or final payment date:

The total amount that was due at the 2nd payment instalment as per your payment schedule would be non-refundable;
anything that you have paid over and above this amount would be refundable.

Cancellation after 3rd or final payment date:

The full amount paid by you would be non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- These packages allow the customer to make combinations of product or services in the package booked by the customer.
- Anytime during the booking of the package the customer can add or remove any components of the original packages and customize it as per
choice.
- The final itinerary would be what the customer will see on the Thank you page.
- The customer hereby agrees that customized package is per his/her will and choice. No claim on the combination, price of package, category
and type of service shall be entertained by MakeMyTrip.
- The booking of the final combined package shall be subject to availability.
- The final price is as per inclusions selected by the customers. In case customer has changed any components, same will be updated in price.
Customer’s final confirmation will have exact components which was selected and reviewed by the customer while booking the package.
- The final price of the same package combination may vary from time to time and shall not be fixed. Any claims on the package price shall not
be entertained.
- Service taxes are added as per government rules in the final price before final payment.
- The customized package may or may not be available on www.makemytrip.com every time however any booking done on this package will be
fulfilled as per the combination selected by the customers.
- These are exclusive package and may not be available for an offline booking at MakeMyTrip.
- The package price doesn’t include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas
or any special occasions. MakeMyTrip shall try to communicate the same while booking the package however MakeMyTrip may not have this
information readily available all the time.
- The prices shown in the beginning is per person and is considered to be sharing a room. i.e. Rs 35,999 per person means 2 adults going
together and sharing the same room for entire trip, hence the total cost will be 35,999*2 + service taxes as per government rules.
- Maximum of 3 persons are allowed in one room.
- An additional mattress or a rollaway bed will be provided for the third person sharing the room. It may vary as per hotels.
- In case of any unavailability in the listed hotels/flight, arrangement MakeMyTrip will try to provide alternate accommodation in hotel of similar
standard and for flight similar service airline will be provided.
- This package cannot be combined with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
- Refund on cancellation depends upon the concerned hotel's/airlines cancellation policy.
- If you are using a Deal code while making the booking, the same will be subject to terms and condition of the offer for any benefits shall be
given to the customer post travel completion only .
- The package offers flexible payment rules depending upon the advance purchase period or the inclusions. However, at times because of
dynamic airline prices or peak season, we may ask you to furnish a higher amount before we can start issuing the final vouchers.
