ORDER
In pursuance of the Minutes of meeting of Delhi Disaster Management Authority
(DDMA), dated 20/06/2020, issued under Section 14 and in exercise of powers 18(3) of Disaster
Management Act, 2005 by the Chairperson, Delhi Disaster Management Authority, in the Order
No. 52/DGHS/PH-IV/COVID-19/2020/prsecyhfw /14249-348, dated 19/06/2020, point no.3
of the order would be substituted by the following, congruent with the substitution made
under clause 4 (iii) of the said order of the Chairperson, Delhi Disaster Management Authority
(DDMA):-

uAll individuals who are positive will be referred to the COVID care centres for
assessment of clinical conditions, severity of illness and presence of co-morbities.
Simultaneously, physical assessment will also be done whether adequate facilities for
home isolation like minimum two rooms and separate toilet exists so that the family
members and neighbours (:Ire protected and a cluster of cases does not develop in that
locality.
If adequate facility for home isolation exists, and the person on clinical assessment is
found to have na co-morbidities and does not require hospitalization, he would be
offered to either continue to stay in COVID centre/paid isolation facility (hotels etc), or
can opt for home isolation. Rest of the people will have to continue to stay in COVID
care centres as per the guidelines of MoHFW.
Those who are in home isolation .should follow home isolation guidelines laid down by
the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and should stay in touch with health care
providers so that if their condition deteriorates, they can be moved to the COVID
hospitals"
