2. Event Spaces Technology Requirement

The design of the Event Spaces in the hotel provides an extremely important
opportunity to create a positive guest experience. It is the intention of this
document to distinguish this guest experience from all other hotel venues.

The goal for accommodating basic AV services for business meetings is a Clean
Room approach, where voice reinforcement, program audio reproduction and a
single visual display for computer or DVD sourced presentations is accommodated
with built-in systems. This means that no portable AV equipment would be needed
to support basic business presentations.

Advanced services with multiple displays, “image-magnification” of the presenter,

recording or streaming of events, multiple displays, staging with production
features, etc. will use the advanced technologies described herein.
