Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved
by Engineer‐in‐charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) high tensile steel with minimum 550 MPa yield strength, metallic
hotdipped coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium,43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Si ) as per AS1397/ IS15961® 2
standards and ZINCALUME AZ150 (min. 150 g/m total on both sides) with Super Durable Polyester®
COLORBOND XRW steel* quality paint system of approved colour, suitable for exterior application
conforming to AS/NZS 2728 type-4 / IS15965 class 3 of Tata BlueScope,Jindal or equalant profiles steel
4 make. Sheet should have protective guard film of 35 microns minimum to avoid scratches during M2 220 825 181,465
transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 5.5 metre. The sheet shall be fixed using self

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide semi Trapezoidal plain euroguard gutter with M.S bracket 25X6 mm size,
bolts, nuts and washers etc with one coat of primer and two coat of matching enamel paint, including making

necessary connections with rain water pipes complete including the making of the provisions for the
temporary platform using scaffolding and all complete in all aspects.
