The educating of the Rizal course in the study hall is expected to stir the feeling of energy and patriotism

in each Filipino youth and to urge them to apply the standards deserted by Rizal as answers for current
issues. Tragically, years have indicated that the Rizal law has not been compelling.

The teaching of the Rizal course in the classroom is intended to awaken the sense of patriotism and
nationalism in every Filipino youth and to encourage them to apply the principles left behind by Rizal as
solutions to current problems. Unfortunately, years have shown that the Rizal law has not been
effective.

There is no problem in the law but I guess the problem is in the implementation, so I will just leave it as
is. The teaching of the Rizal course in the classroom is intended to awaken the sense of patriotism and
nationalism in every Filipino youth and to encourage them to apply the standards deserted by Rizal as
answers for current issues. Unfortunately, years have indicated that the Rizal law has not been

history?
The significance of this day to our history is last june 19, 1861, Jose Protacio Rizal Mercado y Alonzo
Realonda, National Hero of the Philippines, was born in Calamba, Laguna to Francisco Engracio Rizal
Mercado y Alejandro and Teodora Morales Alonzo Realonda y Quintos. And today is his 159 th Birth
Anniversary.

According to Figure 1.2 Income and Happiness: Comparing Countries, countries with an average income
of 25,000 and above are most likely to achieve 80-90 percent of happiness. There are also several
countries with average incomes ranging from 5,000 to 10,000, but with 80 percent of happiness and
above. I observe that money can't really buy happiness, despite having a lower income.
