Machine can’t turn left side

Symptom

Machine straight travelling and right turn is ok but can’t turn left side

Troubleshooting /Service Step

-Checked the crawler tension and safety bolt
-Checked the transmission belt
-Checked the clearance of actuator spool
-Checked the condition of friction plate both side and T/O level
-Checked the sprocket and axle shaft
Analysis

Action and Suggestion

Our service team arrived at job site. Then we test run the machine. Machine straight travelling and right turn is
ok, but can’t turn left side. So, we checked the transmission belt tension, crawler tension, safety bolt and clearance
of actuator spool. All was ok. So, we drained the transmission oil and checked the friction plate and measured the
clearance of center shaft and side clutch gear assembly. It was also ok. Next we checked the sprocket and axle shaft.
We found that damage of sprocket inner spline teeth. Finally we replaced the sprocket and test run the machine
again. All was ok.
