    Dear Sir,

    Re: 7 days’ Notice to clear Overdue Account

    Despite making several reminders to pay for all overdue accounts you have failed to pay us
    which has affected our day to day cash flow. As of today you have a total outstanding balance as
    follows:

    Total Account as at 03/06/20 $59,539.00

    Less Credit Notes $18,620.00

    $40,919.00

    Our major shareholder is in Australia and has directed us to proceed with legal action against
    your company. Since we have a good business relationship we request you to settle all your
    overdue account amounting to $40,919.00 by 10th June 2020 or make formal arrangement for
    account to be cleared within the next 7 days.

    If you fail to honour to above notice, we have no option but to proceed with legal action and all
    the cost to be incurred by your company.

    We look forward for your kind response to above matter and your continued business.
