Production Meeting

Lights- worked on cues, might use sub master cues, programming intermission and such today,
re-aiming and add lights maybe, ask Lane first

Sound- set Katelyn up with speakers and laptop and practice cues

Set- flats done, extra platforms, fireplace almost done, bookshelf done soon, running crew on
Wednesday, questions with bookcase, set in LT next week, forget crown molding unless it can
get done

Props- getting there, started working on flyers, business card for Gil, camera decision, rehearsal
plastic bags

Costumes- majority of cast done, focus on 3 lingerie pieces, has an edited idea for Gerdel, has
Bridget's costume, need to iron shirt, crocs for slippers

Dramaturg- working on posters/timeline

Business- poster done, on Pence's desk, shirts are in, program almost done, menu decided,
salad, mac and cheese, pulled pork sandwich, chocolate mousse dessert

Gerdel/Amy- can have auditorium tomorrow, next week is tech week, help take down Anne and
put up Nana set on Saturday night
