In view of the current crisis, CASTAN-ENEC Corporation is currently seeking voluntary project
employees who are willing to continue working at Carmona site-project relative to the proposed
resumption as planned. While the threat of infectious disease continues to prevail without warning,
the company sets a preventive measures and listed the prescribed provisions to protect all workers
which will be deployed, based on the as following provisions:
Upon the worker’s acceptance to work under this condition and willing to be deployed at the work
site voluntarily, all workers must comply and will be subjected with the following site rules and
regulation, to wit:
All project employees shall comply with the impose rules and regulations as mandated by the
company, otherwise, violators will be subjected for disciplinary action and will be sent back home
anytime at the company’s convenience effort and time. The company will not accept to deploy
project employee with the following physical conditions during the preliminary screening process:
1. Workers detected with unstable health condition, especially fever, difficulty in breathing,
and coughing.
2. Workers who are afraid of working in the site with the current treat of COVID-19.
3. Person who does not feel comfortable with company provided isolated condition and
several prohibitions to avoid infection.
The company reiterates that the planned resumption of duty is not compulsory but, rather voluntary
to help generate income for all project employees in view of the prevailing threat and crisis, that is
why the company is seeking voluntary participants only, as we all know the imminent danger we are
facing. The company will not impose any sanction or discriminative action towards project based
employees who will not participate on the planned resumption of work but, the imposition of “no-
work-no-pay” policy and that the salary subsidy being extended by the company will eventually cut-
off for those who intend not to come back to work. If ever there is administrative orders from
Carmona City Task Force for COVID-19 or from any government agencies, ordering cease and desist
of our operation, the project will be immediately suspended and all workers will be send back home
at the sole expense of the company.
