Musharraf Mahmoud started the company with over Ten years

experience in the construction and property industry, having completed a Master
of Business Administration, Construction Management degree at the
UniversityofPunjab, Pakistan.
Musharraf’s family has been in construction for over three decades with a
proventrack record in delivering major commercial, industrial and multi-unit
Residential projects in south Africa and different Emirates. Musharraf’s focus is on
clients, the business team and thefuture development of the company.

2. NazirQadir, B.Tech (Civil) : M.B.A (Const. Management)

Operations Manager
Nazir has over a decade of diverse experience on major construction projects
ranging from infrastructure, Buildings and roads. Nazir has previously worked with Al-
Futtaim Carillion LLC in Dubai, He has worked on high rise buildings, Infrastructure
which includes pavement, pipelines, EHV cable laying projects.
