We first decided to use the franchising mode to enter in the Indian market.

By franchising,
we will be able to keep the real spirit of coffee Vergnano.  The strength of Coffee Vergnano is his
traditional way of doing coffee; this is what will help them to impose themselves in the Indian market
as a “special coffee coming for them”. We also decided to recruit Indian people to have different
advantages.

- They will know the common language


- They will know cultural traditions in India.
- We will help raising the economy of the country by employing local people and by working wit local
farms producer of coffee.

For our recruiting we will get our workers from the the University of Delhi, and the University
of Calcutta. Recruiting entry level workers from these universities will also give us access to these
students who are motivated to make extra money to fund their educations. Lastly, we could work
with these universities to open up franchises on the college campuses. At University of Delhi there
are over 300,000 students enrolled, and at the University of Delhi there are 23,000 students enrolled.

We also need a management team, which consists of qualified Engineers, Sourcing professionals,
Operations professionals, and a select group of premium vendors here in India.

The administrator should know much about India even Asian market, using his/her global mindset to
expand market in India.
