 Click on ‘Login’ by entering your CCEP Credentials and click on Button ‘Login’
 Now you are in Dashboard page. For all PG Entrance (Online exam) / Diploma &
Certificate courses(Department Level Entrance Exam) information click on ‘View
Notification/List of Courses / Course Eligibility’

 Read All Information carefully.
 In this Notifications student get all information against Entrance Examination, Eligibility
Criteria and courses details.
 In this Notifications Entrance Exam Start date, last date and entrance fee mention.
 Also Eligibility criteria mention as per student Education

 In dashboard page ‘Marathi’ Button which is used for translating English to Marathi and
Marathi to English

 Fill all mandatory details carefully!
 In the above details, the student should fill in all the information properly as this
information is for your entire academic use.
 There is a field called 'Choose the name format to be displayed in future record', this
name field will be used in your results and in all your documents upon completion of your
course.
 So choose the right option for how your name should be displayed.

 Note: Carefully fill your details like Full Name, domicile, category, Creamy-Layer, Apply
for Hostel etc.
 Enter Postal address and Permanent address.
 If all details are correct then Click on ’Save & Proceed’
 Before saving Personal details is highlighted along with the note. Please read this details
and click on ’OK’

 Now you are in page ‘Academic Info’. Fill all your past academic information like 10th,
12th, Graduation, Any certification etc.

 Fill Academic information. In Subject Type, select General or special

 General is for general subject and if students have done some specialization then choose
Special option.
 If the academic information does not include your degree / exam type, degree / exam
name or university / board name then select ‘Other’ option and enter your relevant
name.
 After filling all details click on ’Add Academic Information’

 Now one dashboard is available in same page ‘My Academic Information’.

 Now ‘Add Experiences Detail’ in same page, if you have other-wise skips it.
 If you have experiences then add details and click on Button ‘Add Experiences Details’
 You will get Massage box ‘Experiences Details Inserted successfully..!’

 Again you will get dashboard of ‘My Experience Details’, if you want to remove it, you
can do.
 If in academic information is wrong, so you click on button ‘Remove’.

 If any wrong then click on button ‘OK’ , otherwise click on button ‘Cancel’
 You click on ‘Ok’ record will be removed from list.
 You can again add new record in Academic information.

 Student can add academic information of 10th, 12th, Graduation, any certificate course,
post-graduation etc.

 If you click on ’Back to Personal Info’ then Personal Information page open.
 If you click on ‘Next’ then Document Upload page open.
 Now you upload your documents, Click on ‘Upload Document’

 Click on Button ‘Upload Document’.
 Note: Signature and Passport Size Photograph File should be JPG/JPEG only and Size
should be less than 150 KB.
 Note: PDF Size should be less than 1 MB.

 If you click on ‘Convert PDF Link’ , New link will be open for conversion.
 Select your document type. Click on ‘Choose File’.

 After Click on Ok, you can select again another document.

 If any document uploaded in wrong document name then you can remove it.
 If you want to remove your document, then click on ‘Remove’

 After click on OK, you will come to document details page to see remaining documents.
You can again upload documents.
 Note that for Pre-Admission Photograph and Signature are Mandatory for all students.
 After complete your profile then check your Eligibility Course.

 First check this eligibility criteria then apply for course.
 These eligibility criteria make it more clear which course you are eligible for take
admission
 Select your current qualification degree and subject from the dropdown and choose
eligible courses
o Example: select ‘B.A. Geography’, you will be shown following eligible courses
 M. A. Geography
 P. G. B. Sc. (Applied) in GIS and Remote Sensing

 Select your current qualification degree and subject from the dropdown

Graduation Degree.
 Again you can select another degree name or course name and get details of all eligible
course name
 This is only for your information, so you can get details about which courses you are
eligible for take admission.

 You will get the list of all courses, select any one course. Click on ‘View Info & Apply’

 You will get the list of all courses, select any one course. Click on ‘View Info & Apply’
 Department Course details are open. If you want to apply that course then click on

 After Click on Apply, you will see against your course Eligibility Details.
 If you eligible then choose center, otherwise select another department course.
 In the last Choose entrance exam center.

any circumstance.
 After payment done. Click on ‘Pay/Print’ link to download application form with
‘Payment Receipt’

 Read All Information carefully.

 Click on ’Personal Info’

 Fill all mandatory details carefully!

 You will get Massage box ‘Information saved successfully..!’

 Fill Academic information. In Subject Type, select General or special

 After filling all details click on ’Add Academic Information’

 You will get Massage box ‘Academic Information Inserted successfully..!’

 Now one dashboard is available in same page ‘My Academic Information’.

 You will get Massage box ‘Experiences Details Inserted successfully..!’

 If in academic information is wrong, so you click on button ‘Remove’.

 You click on ‘Ok’ record will be removed from list.

 You can again add new record in Academic information.

 Now you upload your documents, Click on ‘Upload Document’

 Click on Button ‘Upload Document’.

 Select your document type. Click on ‘Choose File’.

 Read red color instructions carefully.

 You will get Massage box ‘Record Saved successfully..!’

 Now you will see Documents Details dashboard.

 Again click on Button ‘Upload Document’ for remaining documents list.

 Click on Button ’Submit’

 After Click on Ok, you can select again another document.

 You will get Massage box ‘Record Removed successfully..!’

 After complete your profile then check your Eligibility Course.

 For eligibility check, click on ‘Check Provisional Eligibility’

 Now in Application tab, click on ‘Apply For Course’

 Select Faculty Type in given list

 If Eligibility Details not match then this massage box open.

 Select Exam center for entrance exam.

 Click on Button ‘Read Declaration & Apply For Course’

 You will get Massage box Read all instruction carefully.

 Now you are in Dashboard page. Now go to online payment process.

 Click on ‘Proceed for Payment’.
