Knife change minimisation exploits two degrees of freedom in
geometrically re-arranging the solution so as to reduce knife changes:
Changing the sequence of the patterns

X-Trim Rewinder Cutter

Starting with 9.3, X-Trim allows stock parent reels that would be too
wide for the cutter to go through a rewinder first.

to the Maximum Trim, which should be large
enough. The new route only allows a single
order at a time width-wise, but possibly
multiple times out (obeys Min/Max Reels Out
