Good morning everyone,the ceremony would be starting shortly, please take

your seats in a hurry. We are here today for the Nursery Rhyme Recitation
and Storytelling Competition. As a start, now I would like to invite our
honourable judges to take their seats. First, let me introduce to all of
you the judges for today’s competition.

The first judge is Miss Teh Hooi Ling, The second jugdge is Mrs Chang Chew
Yen, the third judge is Mrs See Ean Kee.

All the judges’ decisions are final and individual marks will not be
disclosed. As a kind reminder, please lower down your voices as this is a
formal event. Your consideration is very much appreciated.

Now, let us begin with the first contestant Tan Xuan Ern from standard 3
with her story entitle The Ant and The Grasshopper. Thank you to Tan Xuan
Ern for her inspiring story. Next, I would like to call upon the second
contestant Soon Jing Ying with her story entitle The Goose and the Golden
Egg. Thank you Soon Jing Ying. And our third contestant is Ooi Yu Heng with his
story entitle Tadpole’s Mummy. Thank you to Ooi Yu Heng for his lovely
story. Next, please come to the stage Ooi Qian Hua with her story entitle
The Lion And the Mouse. Thank you to Ooi Qian Hua. Now, let us welcome our
fifth contestant Low Yi Ting with her story entitle The Greedy Mouse. Thank
you to Low Yi Ting. So, we are into the final contestant of standart 3,
Chong Wei Fang with her story entitle The Rabbit and the Tortoise. Thank
you to Chong Wei Fang.

Next, let’s us continue with the contestants from Standard 4. The first
contestant Tan Hong Sen with his story entitle The Tiger in the Painting.
Thank you Tan Hong Sen. Next, I would like to call upon the second
contestant Tan Chun Sian with his story entitle The Donkey nd his Shadow.
Thank you Tan Chun Sian. Next, Contestant number three, Denus Lee Zi Seans
with her story entitle A Blessing In Disguise. Thank you Denus Lee.
Contestant number four Constance Low Qian Hui with her story entitle The
Cave That Spoke. Now, let us welcome our fifth contestant Ch’ng Li Tzer,
his story title is The Potter China.Thank you Ch’ng Li Tzer. The next
contestant is Choo Yong Han with his story entitle The Over Confident Mouse
Deer. The last contestant of standard 4 is Koay Kit An with his story
entitle The Judge and the Thief.Thank you Koay Kit An.

Now,I would like to invite our judges for Nursery Rhyme Recitation, Mrs And
Poh Chuan, Mrs Yeang Sze Yoon, and Miss Low Peng Xin.
First, we start from the contestants Standard One, Goh Jia Hong with his
nursery rhyme entitle Baa, baa, Black Sheep. Thank you Goh Jia Hong. Next,
I would like to call upon the second contestant Thaqif Afkar bin Mohd.
Haniff with his nursery rhyme entitle Jack and Jill. Thank you Thaqif
Afkar. And our third contestant is Lim Jia Xin with her nursery rhyme
entitle There was an old woman who lived in a shoe. The contestant number
four is Yeda Teoh Yan Ying with her nursery rhyme entitle Jack and Jill.
Thank you Yeda Teoh. Next, contestant number five Randy Ng Wei Sern, his
nursery rhyme entitle Three Blind Mice. Thank you Randy Ng.Contestant
number six Yeap Yon Zhi with his nursery rhyme entitle Humpty Dumty. Thank
you Yeap Yon Zhi. Next, let us welcome our seventh contestant Marvelle Hor
Yi Qian with her nursery rhyme entitle Humpty Dumpty. Thank you Hor Yi
Qian. The last contestant from standard 1 is Ikhlimah bt Bakri with her
nursery rhyme entitle London Bridge is Falling Down. Thank you ikhlimah.

With that, all contestants have delivered their stories. We are taking a
short break to give time to our honourable judges’ to calculate the marks.

pupils who had help me to run this programme successfully. You may now
