JOB TITLE

Associate – Global Recruitment Operations

We are looking for a bright and insightful candidate to join us as an Associate in our
Bangalore-based Global Recruitment Operations group, which is a part of the Talent
Acquisition (TA) team. This position provides a stimulating work environment and excellent
opportunities to learn and grow within the human capital function, while working with key
stakeholders in different geographic areas to play an active role in supporting efforts to
recruit the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

What will be the Job Responsibilities?

1. Be a part of the various complex operations that support global recruitment for the Zeta
group across geographies including Bangalore and New York.
2. Source and find potential candidates for the required field.
3. Ensure the delivery of high quality work product within stipulated timelines
4. Interact with the larger Talent Acquisition team and our counterparts in New York for
these operations.
5. Take part in sustainable talent acquisition and development of hiring plans and
strategies.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements of the Candidates:

1. The candidate must have a graduate degree with a minimum of six months of prior
experience.
2. The candidate must be proficient communication skills.
3. The candidates must be familiar with various recruitment processes and have fair
knowledge of Human Resources law.
4. The candidate must have critical thinking and problem solving skills and should have
the ability to motivate other employees and a keen eye for detail and process along with
the ability to work in an ever-changing environment..
5. The candidate must have a sense of pride and ownership in their performance and its
effect on companies success at large.
6. Candidates with the relevant experience looking to restart their careers after a break are
also encouraged to apply for this position.

BENEFITS

Statutory Benefits:-

1. Employee’s Pension Scheme (EPS):


There is a provision of pension for the employees who meet the following criteria:
• An employee must have completed 10 years of service.
• An employee is 58 years old.
• An employee can withdraw his EPS from the age of 50 at a reduced rate.
2. Maternity benefits:
Paid leaves from 12 weeks to 26 weeks, maternity leave for adoptive mothers and
commission agents is granted for 12 weeks.

Elective Benefits:-

1. Critical Illness Insurance:


If you are diagnosed with a serious illness, that can affect you physically, emotionally
and financially, we will make sure that you are provided with the optional benefit of
covering 34 serious diseases such as cancer, heart attack and kidney failure for up to 30
years without premium changes through ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. You will
receive full payment when you first diagnose one of the 34 critical diseases covered.
This amount can also protect your family from loss of income due to illness.
2. Accident Insurance:
In case of a grievous accident, insurance will be offered through ICICI Lombard that
will ensure covering expenses incurred due to such an incident. Compensation for the
unfortunate event of being permanently disabled due to an accident will also be taken
care of. In case of death, monetary support is provided to the kin of the deceased person.
3. Paid Leaves:
The company ensures that all the employees are subjected to a reasonable number of
paid leaves that he or she can avail on voluntary basis whenever need for them to do so
(for personal or whatever purpose it may be) and later the employees can get those
particular leaves encashed. The medical and emergency leaves will not be considered
under this head of leaves.

Additional Benefits:-

1. Employees will be eligible for an annualized variable compensation of Rs.60000.


2. Breakfast, lunch and evening snacks are provided to all the employees on all working
days.
3. In case of an employee joining from outside Bangalore, relocation assistance will be
provided in the following manner:
• Business-class air fare for employee and immediate family (spouse and children).
• Reimbursement for expenses incurred in the process for shifting subject to a
maximum of Rs.50,000 for unmarried employees and Rs.1,00,000 for married
employees.
4. Employees from outside Bangalore have an option of availing the company paid
accommodation for 2 weeks. For availing this facility, employees requirement for the
accommodation and travel plans must be shared with the Human Capital Department
atleast 15 days prior to the date of joining.
5. Companies in different organized sectors motivate employees with different types of
pension plans such as food / wallet / application cards. These may motivate employees
and sometimes appear to them as tax advantages.
6. Health check-ups for employees and their family as a business initiative for the care of
employee and family health care.
7. Taxi / taxi installations via operators based on applications such as operators as a bill to
the company for travel during official visits, home-to-office for quick and easy
switching.
8. Voucher ties to enjoy leisure activities such as family games / movies.
9. Online vouchers / hypermarkets as rewards / benefits to motivate them.
