    Dear Ms. David,

    I am writing you on behalf of my client, PRINCES SARAH JEAN


    DOLANDOLAN. Upon perusal of her records, it appears that you have an outstanding
    obligation with her amounting to THIRTY THREE THOUSAND PESOS
    (P33,000.00) exclusive of interest.

    Despite previous demands, my client has not received any payment. Hence, we
    hereby demand that you pay said amount in full within three (3) days from receipt
    hereof. Otherwise, we will be constrained to institute the necessary civil and/or criminal
    actions against you in court and you shall incur the expenses of litigation, attorney’s fees
    and other costs of suit.

    Should you have questions regarding this matter, you may contact my paralegal
