Support Eco-system:
Content Mentors Content Mentors are experts in their content area and have created proof points of
excellence in their journey and will mentor us remotely through monthly touch points. These
calls can range from skill-building, to doubt clearing to learning something new together
depending on the need.
CA Coach The CA coach plays the role of an integrator who supports the content advisors in their
training and coaching other fellows in the city by sharing feedback on session plans and
also facilitate learning experiences and de-brief experiences towards revisiting the
principles of conscious leadership.
Self-created Eco-system of Over and beyond this eco-system of support, the CAs are requested to go above and
support beyond these opportunities to explore what content excellence as a teacher and advisor
looks like.
Logistics:
August What is the purpose of Teaching the content? - Re-defining Learning Experiences.
September De-briefing the experience and discussing doubts and queries and course correcting.
October Classroom Structures, Routines, and culture to enable Rigorous content learning.
Syntax:
1. De-briefing the month that went by from the lens of Integrity and Responsibility.

3. Feedback and practice time/problem-solving time.
