POSITION TITLE: Work supervisor

SALARY:$ 1,500,000 plus social benefits

MINIMUM REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:1 year

POSITION SUMMARY: Civil engineer with the capacity to achieve previously

planned objectives with reference to maintenance, reforms and civil works projects.
With a high degree of commitment, teamwork; who has leadership skills. With
handling of budgetary matters of materials, tools and labor, that guarantees high
quality in the development of the work.
 QUALIFICATIONS:

1 Age between 25 and 35 years.

2 professional in architecture or engineering.
3 Management of Microsoft Office tools, AutoCAD and rendering program
4 Costs and Budgets Preparation of APUs
5 Work Schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations.

2 Work supervision.
3 Direction and control of construction activities.
4 Take control of budgets.
5 Visit work where activities are carried out.
6 Review of construction specifications, execution methods and budgets.
7 Preparation of work reports.
8 Verification and preparation of cuts with construction site masters.
9 Preparation of quotes and delivery certificates of the work.
