2. Terms & Conditions:

i. Payment Terms:
A. 70% of the total order value will be paid with the work order.
B. Mode of Payment will be PO/DD/account payee cheque in favor of Emkay Enterprises Ltd.
C. 20% Payment should be done at the time of delivery of products at site.
D. Rest 10% after ACCORD Approval.

ii. Offer Validity:

A. Price quoted will remain valid for one (1) month from the offering date.
B. All the prices are including Govt. VAT.

iii. Deliverables:

A. 5-7 days required to start the work from the date of raising invoice. However if delivery is
major then we can may be able to improve on the above.
B. Project will be completed with 15-20 days from the day of starting project.
C. Testing report of Earth Resistance Measurement will be provided after completion of the
installation.
D. Approval from ACCORD.

Note:
i. The above proposed amount is provided only for the turnkey project for one facility
considering all terms & conditions of installations of safety.
ii. Water Supply will be supported by Client.
iii. Power supply will provide by Client.
iv. Civil pit made by client
v. Extra required materials bill paid as per unit price.
