C) Clean pull: 85%/3, 95%/3, (105%/2)x4
D) Good mornings: 6 reps 6 sets

B) Back squat: 85%/3, 95%/3, 105%/3, (115%x3)x3
C) Accessory all for 4 sets:
Seated press 5 reps
Bent over rows 8 reps
Band pull aparts 10 reps
