Holcim Apasco – Mexico

3,500 tpd capacity

To anchor its position in Mexico, Holcim Apasco has awarded Fives FCB with a contract for the supply
of a complete Greenfield cement plant in Mexico.
This plant features the latest technologies developed by Fives such as FCB Horomill® grinding mill,
FCB Zero-NOx Preca, FCB rotary Kiln, and FCB TSV™ Classifier to reduce the whole installation’s
energy consumption and NOx emissions.

equipment: 19,400 t
• Steel structures: 7,000 t
• Detailed studies for civil engineering and steel structure

• Erection supervision and commissioning

Solid fuels: coal 1 x 5,000 t / petcoke 1 x 5,000 t and 1 x 10,000 t
