Valliance Bank hires VP
of commercial lending
Valliance Bank has welcomed
Don J “DJ” Nuzum to the bank’s
lending team as vice president of
commercial lending in Norman.
Nuzum brings over 15 years of
banking experience, as well as
a focus on an excellent client
experience.
Prior to joining Valliance,
Nuzum served as vice president
of private banking for Armstrong
Bank, formerly Republic Bank
and Trust in Norman, where he
specialized in serving profession-
als, business owners and medical
professionals. Nuzum has a
Bachelor of Science in aviation
with a minor in business from the
University of Oklahoma.
Nuzum is board president for
Food and Shelter, is a member of
the Norman Sooner Rotary and is
a Chamber of Commerce Leader-

ship Norman class graduate.

Edmond attorney joins

attorney Maggie K. Martin has

City office.
A former in-house legal
counsel for INTEGRIS Health Inc.,
Martin has extensive experience
with a wide range of health law
issues. She received her juris
doctorate from the University of
Oklahoma College of Law and
her undergraduate degree from

DePauw University. Martin has
served as an adjunct faculty
member for the OU College of
Public Health, teaching health
care law and ethics.
Martin is a member of the

First Citizens Bank
opens Norman office
First Citizens Bank has opened
a new branch in Norman at 3800
Journey Parkway, on the corner
of Tecumseh Road and Journey
Parkway.
The full-service branch offers
a complete line of personal
and business services. The
7,000-square-foot building,
with a stone exterior and slate
roof, includes eight offices, a
three-person teller line and a night
deposit drop. Hours of operation
are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday
through Friday.
First Citizens also operates a
full-service branch at 4501 W.
Memorial Road in Oklahoma City.
The Norman branch replaces a
former First Citizens business
and commercial banking office
located at Landmark Towers in
Oklahoma City.
