Introduction

This final production will be about my favorite food.


In the course of reading you will see why I like this food and the benefits it brings to
the human body, the diseases it prevents, why we should include this food in our
diet, what nutritionists say about this food, etc.
My favorite food.

My favorite food is vegetables, I like to accompany them with grilled chicken breast
and fried green plantains, with a lemon juice.

I like green salad


Because it provides vitamins with an antioxidant effect that prevent us from
degenerative diseases, cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

I accompany green salads with low-fat meats since, in general, nutritionists


recommend prioritizing the consumption of lean meats, which have less fat: that is,
better chicken, rabbit or turkey, than beef, lamb or pork because they contain vitamin

A, B and C and help us keep our defenses high, while avoiding infections and
strengthening our nervous system.
Depending on the color of the vegetable, they provide us with one type of benefit or
another, for example, dark green and orange vegetables can help protect against
some types of cancer such as throat or lung cancer. On the other hand, the
vegetables of the mustard family have extra values for health, they would be some
such as cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts or kale.

The most appropriate time to eat this meal is between one in the afternoon and three
in the afternoon. Both vegetables and carbohydrates should prevail on your plate,
whether vegetables such as lettuce, tomato, onion or vegetables such as tomato,
carrot should occupy 40% of your lunch.
The most important thing when it comes to enjoying your favorite food is knowing
that it is good for your health.
Conclusion
I end by exhorting you to begin to identify this food as a favorite of each of us, since
this food is very healthy and we should apply it to our daily diet.

I believe that parents should educate themselves more about gastronomy and
nutrition since our society has a habit of eating many high fat foods, many
carbohydrates and junk food that does not help much in our health .

I begin that this final production on my favorite food helped me to know more about
my diet, what I improved, and the good effects that my favorite food has on my
health.
