Offer Letter

Dear Mr. NameSyed Hsaan Ahmed,

This has reference to your application and subsequent interviews you have had with Cognizance
Communications Pvt. Ltd. We are pleased to appoint you as Customer Sales Associate Specialist in its Sales
Department based at 1-9/3, Islamabad. Your employment will be governed by the following terms and
conditions:

1. Monthly Gross Salary based on Target Validation as following:

 2.5 Leads Per Day (LPD) or 57.5 Leads Month to Date (MTD) = 22000/- PKR
 3 LPD or 69 MTD = 30000/- PKR
 4 LPD or 92 MTD = 40000/- PKR
 5 LPD or 115 MTD = 50000/- PKR
 6 LPD or 138 MTD = 60000/- PKR
 7 LPD or 161 MTD = 90000/- PKR

Subject to change based on different campaigns, according to company policies and client
agreements.

You will be paid a monthly gross salary of Rs. 40000/- (Rupees Forty Thousands Only) per month, subject to
a minimum target validation of 4 Leads per day (LPD) on Auto Insurance Project. The basic salary is not fixed
and will be directly proportional to your performance as per company guidelines. The minimum LPD must
always remain equal or above 2.5 LPD.
Bonus and Incentives structure is separately announced and communicated during the working days.
2. Working Hours
Your working hours will be 7:00 pm to 5:00 am as per the current company policy. The company observes a 5
day work week. This is also subject to change based on client needs.

3. Date of Appointment
Your date of appointment as per company records is 13 January 2020.

4. Salary Increase

Increase in your salary will be reviewed periodically as per the policy of the Company. Increments in the salary
range will be on the basis of demonstrated results and effectiveness of performance during the period of
review.

5. Probation Period
You will be on probation for a period of three months from the date of your appointment. On satisfactory
completion of the probation period, you will be confirmed in service.
If not confirmed after three months, this order will continue to be in operation, and the probation period will
stand extended automatically till further notice. Condition of confirmation is subject to achievement of
assigned MTD goals.
There should be a monthly goal given in probation which is to be reviewed every week

6. Leave
You will be governed by the current Leave Policy of the company for permanent employees. All leaves will be
deducted from the salary unless allowed otherwise by the company and any un-announced leaves will
warrant a Code of Conduct assessment. In an instant of uninformed leave during probation services will be
terminated without severance.

7. Travel

Whenever you are required to undertake travel on Company work, you will be reimbursed travel
expenses as per Company rules.

9. Responsibilities
In view of your office, you must effectively perform to ensure results. Your performance would be reviewed
as per the Company’s Performance Management System. Your supervisor will brief you about your
objectives..

10. Notice Period


While on probation, this appointment may be terminated by the company at any time based on performance
or violation of Company policy by you. You may only leave by giving 15 days’ notice. Failure to give a notice
by you will result in salary forfeiture.

After On confirmation, this appointment may be may be terminated by the company at any time based on
performance or violation of Company policy by you. You may leave by giving one months’ notice. Failure to
give a notice by you will result in salary forfeiture for the whole month and company may hold your
commissions and incentives.

Should you resign after confirmation, the Company will have the option to accept your resignation either
with immediate effect clearing all dues to date as per policy or make it effective any day up to the end of the
notice period.

and pay you salary for the remaining period from the acceptance of resignation till the end of the notice
period.
11. Other work
Your position with the Company calls for whole full time employment and you will devote yourself exclusively
to the business of the Company. You will not take up any other work for remuneration (part time or
otherwise) during your employment with the Company, which may result in termination without written
permission from the Company.

12. Conflict of Interest


You will not seek full time or part time job or be involved in any way with competitor’s business activities
either directly or indirectly during your employment with the Company, and for a period of 12 months in the
event of cessation of your employment with the Company.

13. Confidential Information


You will not, at any time, without the consent of the Company disclose or divulge or make public except
under legal obligation, any information regarding Company’s affairs of administration or research carried out,
whether the same may be confided to you or become known to you, in the course of your service or
otherwise.

14. On termination
On termination of this contract, you will immediately give up to the Company all correspondence,
specifications, formulae, books, documents, market data, cost data, literature, drawings, effect or records,
etc. belonging to the Company or relating to its business and shall not make or retain any copies of these
items.

15. General
The above terms and conditions are based on Company Policy, Procedures and other Rules and Regulations
currently applicable to the Company’s employees and are subject to amendments and adjustments from time
to time.
Please communicate your acceptance of this appointment by signing a copy of this letter and returning it to
us.

Please submit the following documents to HR at the time of your joining:

(1) Photocopies of your degree certificates, (2) Certifications, if any, (3) Experience/ Relieving letters
(4) Two color passport-size photos and (5) Copy of CNIC
