Dear Participant,

We, the Grade 11 STEM 1 students at University of La Salette Senior High

School would like you to be part of our research study titled Right to Life… But
Left: Coping experiences of the OFWs Children to Counter the Effects of their
Parents Absence.
The purpose of this research study is to determine your coping experiences as
a son/daughter of your parents who are working overseas. The enclosed questionnaire
has been designed to collect information on the success of our research.

Your participation in this research project is completely voluntary. You may

decline altogether, or leave blank any questions you do not wish to answer. There are
no known risks to participation beyond those encountered in everyday life. Your
responses will remain confidential and anonymous. Data from this research will be
kept under lock and key and reported only as a collective combined total. No one
other than the researchers will know your individual answers to this questionnaire.
