MAKE A SNACK AND BEVERAGE

Creamy Avocado

Recipe:

1 kilo medium ripe avocadoes

¾ cup of sweetened condensed milk

Procedure:

1. Peel, slice and cut up the avocado into chunks.


2. Put it in any available bowl.
3. Gently mix with condense milk (may use low fat or fat free)
4. Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to blend.
5. Serve chilled.
6. Grab a spoon and enjoy!

In this hot weather, I planned to make a dessert for my family to ease the heat with a
chilled creamy avocado. I also like to bring out the sweetness of the avocado and showcase it
through a dessert. Many people doesn’t try avocado because of it appearance no matter how
you make it. But it is strange that the whole family loves to eat this, so I prepared a dessert for
them. Avocado is a source of nutritious fats and its buttery texture means that it blends well
with condensed milk. The avocado is rather a unique fruit because it is high in healthy fats and
incredibly nutritious by having various important nutrients. There are an excellent food, loaded
with nutrients, heart healthy food and weight loss friendly, but not least, taste incredible. Also,
the best part is that this dish takes no more than 5 minutes to make. Once the avocado mixes
with condense milk, it absorbs so much sweetness, while still maintaining the airiness of the
fruit. This dish is always better served chilled, so keep the dessert refrigerated for at least an
hour.
