    CASTA Engineers Pvt. Ltd consultancy organization rendering consultancy in a wide


    spectrum of fields in the civil engineering industry in the field of transportation infrastructure
    (roads and highways, railways, urban railways, long-span bridges and tunnels). The
    engineering services include feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering & design,

    incorporation), registration number (company’s number), and having its

    The Power of Attorney is given to;

    Mr. Safatullah Hamdard, S/O Mr. Mohammad Sabir born on 10-June-1993,


    holder of National ID# 508737, residing at 5th district of Kabul Afghanistan,
    for opening the branch office of CASTA Engineers Pvt. Ltd in Afghanistan.
    He will be the director and regional head of the branch he has all the power as
    company acts of Afghanistan as one of the director of the company.
