We received your application for the CAMP-2 to be conducted by SW. VIDITATMANANDA

SARASWATI at RISHIKESH. We are pleased to inform you that we have selected and registered you
for the CAMP-2 from 20th Mar to 29th Mar 2020, and your registration Number is 51/10112. Please
confirm as soon as possible by return email/mail that you will definitely participate in the program.

The daily program will be Meditation, Satsang, Puja and Arati in the temple and bhajans/kirtans.
The final schedule for the program will be given to you before the program starts.

Please plan your travel such that you will arrive in the ashram on 19th Mar and plan your return
journey on or before 30th Mar. If you need any taxi arrangement for your transport you may use our
webiste to do an online booking. Please note that the taxi charges are not paid to the Ashram but we
just assist you in your travel.

Since the ashram runs entirely on voluntary donations, we do not prescribe a fee for the course.
However, reasonable voluntary donations from the participants and donations towards general
maintenance of the ashram are accepted. Please make your cheque / draft in favour of SRI
GANGADHARESWAR TRUST. For the donations you make, you can avail tax exemption under the
80G of Income tax Act of India.

How to get to the Ashram

Rishikesh is 223 km North East of Delhi and 25 km from Haridwar. As you come into Rishikesh
town, reach the Chandra Bhaga Bridge on the main road from Haridwar and take a right turn after
crossing the bridge near Hotel Shivlok. From this right turn ashram is about half km. Take a left turn
at the second lane, which will lead to the Ashram.

Since it may be a little cold for you during this time of the year in Rishikesh, you may bring adequate
winter clothing (A sweater and a shawl should do).

NOTE TO THE PARTICIPANTS

Important Note: Since we have limited accommodation and we want to give an opportunity to be in
the presence of Pujya Swamiji to maximum number of persons possible, we can only offer shared
accommodation in the room during the course. The participant will have to share the room with 1 or 2
more persons. WE CANNOT OFFER SINGLE ROOM ACCOMMODATION.

Please make do with stay arrangements we offer.

Many applicants have applied for more than one camp and these are much more than we could
accommodate in the limited rooms available with us. So we are constrained to restrict admissions for
one camp as per the availability of rooms.
