In your experience as distance learner or teacher, how important learner

support is in providing a meaningful learning experience for students?

            Distance learning will not be possible without the learner support. It is
actually the heart of such learning modality.  What makes a learning
experience more meaningful and effective is being able to address the needs of
the learners, and offer them services such as assistance, resource materials
and learning procedures which address individual differences and needs.
Learner support helps answer this!                 
With the learner support, the institution offering ODEL will be able to
put its shoes unto the potential learners seeking learning opportunities
suitable for them. In other words, the learner support is an avenue for the
teachers to meet the expectations and needs of the learners. If expectation are
successfully met, satisfaction and great results are achieved.
