MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Progress Report re-Alleged Robbery

DATE : January 23, 2019

1. References :
a. Incident Record Form NO : 001;

c. Spot Report dated January 22, 2019 re-Alleged Robbery

2. This has reference with the initial report dated January 22, 2019 re-Alleged
Robbery happened at the residence of the victim one Mariano Cadiao Y Bernales, 46 years
old, married, businessman, resident of Nr 33, Sitio Pag-ibig, Bgy Pagsawitan, Sta Cruz,
Laguna.

3. That in the initial investigation conducted it has been disclosed that the suspect
gain entry by destroying the main door of the victim’s house then took and carted away the
following items to wit:
a. Cash amounting to one hundred thousand pesos (Php100,0000.00)
b. One (1) piece Watch, Rolex, Gold, worth more or less than five hundred thousand
pesos (Php500,000.00)
c. Two (2) Samsung Notepad worth fifty thousand pesos (Php50,000.00) each; and
d. Three gold rings worth one hundred fifty thousand pesos (Php150,000.00) each.

4. That the assistance from Crime Laboratory has been requested wherein Scene
of the Crime Operatives led by PCInsp WILLY G GARTE conducted crime scene
investigation and found/recovered from the crime scene the following pieces of evidence:
a. Latent Print lifted at the door knob of the main door;
b. Shoe Print;
c. Hammer; and
d. Crow bar.

5. That based on the account given by witness one Jasmin Siman y Abanador, 42
year old, businesswoman, neighbor and a resident of resident of Nr 32, Sitio Pag-ibig, Bgy
Pagsawitan, Sta Cruz, Laguna that she personally saw the incident.

6. The witness, further averred that he saw one of the suspects in the person of one Jeffrey
Comentang y Ngas-u Jeffrey Comentang y Ngas-u, 25 year old, resident of Nr 35, Sitio
Pag-ibig, Bgy Pagsawitan, Sta Cruz, Laguna, while destroying the main door of the house
of victim. That she cannot able to caution the suspect for fear of her life.

SUSPECT : Jeffrey Comentang y Ngas-u, 25 year old, resident of Nr 35, Sitio Pag-ibig,
Bgy Pagsawitan, Sta Cruz, Laguna

NARRATIVE:

This has reference with the initial report dated January 22, 2019 with cite nr STCE
0122-001, re-Alleged Robbery, happened at the residence of the victim one Mariano
Cadiao Y Bernales, 46 years old, married, businessman, resident of Nr 33, Sitio Pag-ibig,
Bgy Pagsawitan, Sta Cruz, Laguna.

That in the initial investigation conducted it has been disclosed that the suspect gain
entry by destroying the main door of the victim’s house then took and carted away the
following items to wit:

Jeffrey Comentang y Ngas-u, resident of same barangay while destroying the main door of
the house of victim. That she cannot able to caution the suspect for fear of her life.
