    Operation Breakdown for Garments Manufacturing: Operation


    breakdown is a list of processor operation in sequence wise with SMV
    or SAM and machine Helper list. Style-wise operation breakdown is
    done by an industrial engineer in an excel chart. Operation breakdown
    report help to set the line layout of every style.

    Operation Breakdown Report Includes:-

    • List of operation

    • Operation wise needed sewing machine list

    • Operation wise number of  sewing machine

    • SMV or SAM of every operation

    • Production target of every operation
