Course synopsis:
This course covers the principles relating to the management of particular business, where a review of the
legal basis of business law, such as contracts, agency, partnership, sale of goods, hire-purchase, insurance and
negotiable instruments is made, particularly on the aspect of legal rights and liability.
Course objectives
Students will be able to:
1. apply the legal aspects relating to business and management
2. critically solve the business issues legally
3. distinguish legal rights and liabilities which exist in a particular contract particularly in the field of business
and management
4. manage work in groups and able to interact among themselves
