How to withdraw Q DAO tokens from the OTC

Desk dashboard:

1. On the dashboard you can see your balance with WITHDRAW

button above it. ​ATTENTION​: you’ll see this WITHDRAW button
only ​from 25 day of each month till 1 day of the next month​ (for
example: 25 june – 1 july). ​We’ll do withdrawals only in these
days each month.

2. VERY IMPORTANT. ​Please notice to receive your tokens you can

use ​ONLY METAMASK wallet address. ​For all participants who
don’t want to use metamask we suggest to wait a little bit, we’ll
 support other wallets as well before the first tokens unlocked
release.

*Q DAO team is not responsible for the sending tokens to the

wrong wallets addresses.

3. How to register METAMASK:

a. Go to ​https://metamask.io/​ and an extension to Google
Chrome, Firefox or Opera browser. We suggest to use
Google Chrome.
b. Install an extension and create a new wallet:

c. Be very careful with the seed phrase. ​Right it down in the

safe place, you’ll need it for many months!
d. You’re almost done! Now you can see metamask extension
in your browser. Just copy your ETH address
4. You can withdraw tokens that you’ve bought through the OTC
dashboard. To be able to withdraw Q DAO tokens you must have
purchases for at least 3 Q DAO in total.
Don’t forget to insert ​metamask​ wallet address.

5. After the request you can check a status of your request on this
page: ​https://tokensale.qdao.io/withdraw
 - If it is pending (​grey color icon​) - that means you should wait
for the tokens sending.

- if it is declined (​red color icon​) - that means something went

wrong. You can contact our support in telegram:

- if it is approved (​green color icon​) - that means you can

already find tokens on your wallet.

6. After you’ll withdraw your tokens it will be locked according to our

lock-up policy​:

7. After the purchase your tokens will be unlocking automatically

each month. You can check all your tokens status on this page:

8. Connect your ​metamask​ using this button:

9. You will see how many of your tokens locked, how many of them
are already unlocked and release schedule:
10. To withdraw the tokens just press the button ​WITHDRAW
TOKENS ​and confirm transaction in metamask​ ​(you’ll need some
ETH on your wallet for GAS comission)

11. Wait for the transaction confirmation.​ ​Don’t​ close the

window and ​don’t​ push the button twice:
12. Finally to see the tokens in metamask push the button ​ADD
TOKEN ​>​ Custom token ​> Enter Smart contract address:
