Consumer behavior is the study of individuals, groups, or organizations and the procedure they
use to choice, secure, usage, and position of products, services, experiences, ideas to satisfy
needs and the effect of these things on the consumers and society. Consumer behavior implement
in four sectors: marketing strategy, regulatory policy, social marketing, and informed
individuals. Marketing strategy developed by certain marketing mix which based on an
understanding of market place and segments involved to gain effective outcome. Regulatory
guidelines developed by making polices, guidelines, and laws which helpful for consumers.
Social marketing is the application of marketing strategies and tactics to change or make
behaviors that have a positive effect on the target market or society. Informed individuals
involves informing or giving knowledge to consumers about their own consumption behaviors as
well as marketer’s struggles to effect it in such way to make more citizenship, maximum
