EXECUTIVE SECRETARY II

Job Description:

1. Provides support to legal matters to the Office of the Commissioner such as:
a. Analyze legal and other relevant documents
b. Legal research
c. Legal writing which includes memoranda writing and resolution writing
d. Legal editing
e. Decision drafting
f. Case digests
g. Powerpoint presentations

2. Assists with the administrative matters such as


a. Organize and maintain legal documents of the Office of the Commissioner
b. Liaise with other departments and offices of HSAC and other government
offices
c. Coordinate communications, track and follow up on requests, and identify
those of importance which require immediate attention
d. Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all communications and
documentation
e. Set up and manage paper and electronic system of cases docketed

3. Perform other pertinent duties as may be assigned
