Background Information:

PlanetSpark is a FIITJEE (One of India’s largest education companies) backed EdTech Startup based out of Gurgaon.
We offer “New Age Blended Learning Zones” for K8 (KG to 8th) learners where they can learn Maths, English,
Science, Robotics, Coding and other skills through Game-Based Learning! Our after-school learning programme
makes every child fall in love with learning by providing great learning experiences, qualified teachers and an enabling
and fun environment to learn and master concepts.We have a strategic tie up with OYO & other players to set up 500
learning zones for kids pan India.

Your Role:

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you have been tasked with generating enrollments for one such learning zone in a
locality in Gurgaon.

Factual Information:

Enrollment Fee INR 30,000/- for 12 month enrollment

Classes per week 3

Grades covered Std1 to Std 8

Subjects covered English, Maths, Robotics & Coding Skills

The Challenge:

Chalk out a 2 month growth plan for your assigned learning zone. The growth plan must cover the following aspects:-

a) Targeted enrollments for 2 months for your learning zone


b) Number of leads to be generated to achieve the targeted number of enrollments
c) How will you generate these leads?
i) Channels Identified and detailed/specific approach to use these channels
ii) Activities/Activations to be performed to leverage those channels (make it detailed)
iii) This section should be the most detailed section of your growth plan
d) Budgets & Resources required to generate the targeted enrollments and supporting calculations for
the same
