That I, ANDIOLINA M. ANDICO, of legal age, married, Filipino, and

currently a resident of Cubay North, Bugasong, Antique, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint Divina Gracia A. Mangoba, of legal age and with
residence address at Cubay North, Bugasong, Antique, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do the
following acts and deed, to wit:

To claim in my behalf any due amounts or benefits as a senior

citizen before the Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs of Cubay North,
Bugasong, Antique and further to do and enter the following:

a.) The possibility of an amicable settlement of submission to

alternative modes of dispute resolution;
b.) The simplification of the issues;
c.) The necessity or desirability of amendments to the pleadings;
d.) The possibility of obtaining stipulations or admission of
facts and of documents to avoid unnecessary proof;
e.) The limitation of number of witnesses;
f.) The advisability or necessity of suspending the proceeding, and;
g.) such other matter as may aid in the prompt disposition of the
action.
