HOW TO USE ANALYTICAL BALANCE

1. Turning the power ON. Insert the plug of the AC adapter into the DC IN connector at the back of
the balance.
2. Connect the AC adapter to the power outlet.
3. Put the balance in weighing mode and leave it with the power ON for at least an hour in
advance of calibration. This is called “warming up”.
4. Enter the weighing mode
5. Place a container on the pan
6. Once the display has stabilized ( has lit), press ) 0/T. The indication changes in to zero.
7. Insert the sample (item to be measured) into the container.
8. When the display has stabilized, (the stability mark) lights up, read the display. Shut the glass
door fully.
9. In switching units, press “unit” in the weighing mode. Repeatedly pressing this key will cycle you
through the registered units.
10. When selecting the minimum number of displayed digit, press “menu” twice shortly in the
weighing mode.
11. Select the measurement parameters in other functions.
12. Select switching between 1D and 10D, and confirm at 10D
13. Return to the weighing mode.
14. In selecting decimal point display symbol, press “menu” twice shortly in the weighing mode.
15. Select decimal point display setting and select the decimal point display symbol.
16. Confirm and return to weighing mode.
17. When turning the power OFF, establish the weighing mode and press the OFF button.
