Most of my work experience is based on customer service. Studying tourism, having few internships
in hospitality and a recently finished course for high class hotels in London gave me the opportunity
to develop my skills for bringing continue excellence in my work place together with other skills like
teamwork, great communication and IT skills, cultural awareness, flexibility, problem solving skills,
motivation and enthusiasm, patience and diplomacy.
