    accounted for and that all attendees are familiar with the issues raised in this Assessment. Individuals involved in this activity (or in the immediate vicinity) shall be briefed before they
    commence operation so that their actions remain safe, and that due care and consideration is given in respect of other attendees, members of the public, and the surrounding area.
