Keeping the flat tops clean is very important for getting best Carding & Cleaning Efficiency.
Micro dust & Synthetic finishes are prone to get deposited over the flat tops foundation
limiting the carding Power. Over the period of time, due to moisture in the atmosphere, the
deposits will weaken the flat needles resulting in lesser life.


Many Mills employ an additional man power and compressed air and do the flat cleaning
almost in every shift. This Problem is completely taken care and eliminated by our CFS.
