    2020 in San Vicente, Palawan. The topics we would like you to address are the following:

    March 02, 2020: Framework of Environmental Regulations & EMB Mandates, Plans and Programs (8:30am
    to 10:30am)

    March 03, 2020: RA 9003: The Ecological Solid Waste Management Act (1:30pm to 3:30pm)

    Legal Procedures to Environmental Cases (3:00pm to 5:00pm)

    The said training is required for the accreditation of PCOs as prescribed in Section eight (8) of Department
    Administrative Order (DAO 2014-02), “Revised Guidelines for Pollution Control Officers Accreditation.”

    It is an honor and privilege to invite you to participate in our PCO Training. We believe that your contribution to
    environmental awareness is unparalleled and are looking forward to hearing you speak on the abovementioned
    topics. We will pay you an honorarium of Php1,500.00 per hour and cover your food, accommodation, and plane
