audited, and monitored in accordance with the Acceptable Use
Policies.

2.2. You must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any network, device or data
security measures, including restrictions related to the use of Loaned
Device and/or VDI to use or access the network or data.

allow the device to reboot if necessary to complete any
updates.

your screen. Privacy screens are preferred.
2.5. Use of the Loaned Device and/or VDI by anyone other than yourself is prohibited.
Family members and friends may not access or use the Loaned Device or VDI
under any circumstances.
2.6. Always lock your screen before stepping away from the Loaned Device and/or
VDI even if you are only planning to step away for a few seconds.
2.8. When using a VDI, information must never be transferred outside the VDI to the
host device (e.g. the computer you are using to access the
VDI).
3.1. If you suspect that someone other than you accessed or used the Loaned Device
and/or VDI, you must report this immediately to your manager or Uber
point-of-contact and to security@uber.com.
4.1. Uber may demand the return of the Loaned Device at any time. You must return
the Loaned Device to Uber within 7 calendar days from the date of the
demand unless you are on leave during this time. Contact your manager or
Uber point-of-contact if you have a Loaned Device and plan to take a leave of
absence.
4.2. You must return the device in working condition when the demand to return is
made. Otherwise, you can be held financially accountable for the replacement
cost for the Loaned Device.
