Iam a medical microbiologist at the Public Health Laboratory,. My graduation, in

`1998, with BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology I have started to work in field of
medical laboratory. After more than 21 years of intensive working I now feel that it
would be challenging both in the aspect of medical microbiology as well as
personally, to look for seat for PhD degree in the field of medical microbiology or
related fields at your esteemed University.
For the past years I've been following all the planned courses and I have passed the
exams at Sudan University for Science and Technology for Master degree in Medical
Microbiology. During these years of my work in medical laboratory, I found
particular interest in infectious disease especially Schistosomasis and Tuberculosis.
Also I found interest in laboratory quality assurance in laboratory work, evolution of
personnel performance and training in this field. Based on this I find that your
Institute very exciting and I feel that I have relevant background knowledge to follow
your program at Medical Research Institute.
I'm interested in a program in microbiology which is internationally recognized for
postgraduate research degrees. I believe that I can make important contributions to the
relevant research projects of your institute with my experience. I am fully aware that,
